Community Participation in the Provision of Early Childhood Education at At-Taqwa Kindergarten, Haurgeulis District, Indramayu Regency

This study aims to identify the forms, levels, supporting, and inhibiting factors of community participation in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) at TK At-Taqwa, Haurgeulis, Indramayu. Using a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings show that participation occurs in planning, implementation, funding, and evaluation, with the highest involvement in implementation and funding. Supporting factors include community awareness, local leader support, organizations, and village government assistance, while inhibiting factors are economic limitations, low education levels, and lack of socialization and training. The study concludes that community participation plays a significant role in supporting PAUD, requiring stronger communication and collaboration between schools and communities to improve quality and sustainability.
