System Management in Admission of New Students in Indramayu District State High School

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze Zoning System Management in reception of new students in Senior High School Indramayu Distric. This type of research is descriptive research and qualitative approach. Data collection technique which is used are interview, documentation. According to research shows that Zoning System Management in reception of new students in Senior High School Indramayu Distric already running pretty good, only communication is not optimal. This thing is seen from the result of research which is linked with management theory according to Bob Faster and Iwan Sidarta that planning proccess, organization, briefing and supervision to the efforts of the organization members and use of other organization resources in order to reach organization goals which have been set. Other than that some resistances which found is less of presentation at Path of Achievement so that narrow down for prospective student that capable in academic matters or not academic. Presentation at Path of Achievement is very small giving rise to the prospective student is prefer zoning path. Regulation as reference base at Zoning System Policy regulation must be easy to understood by Education Units as the executor and generally for the community, simplification is required in that regard.
